In appalling and sad story coming from the wondy city, A Chicago man has been charged with DUI while causing personal injury injury in connection with a 2007 accident twhich injured a pregnant woman.
Michael E. Stahl, 50, of Chicago, was charged in Lake Superior Court in connection with a Nov. 5, 2007, accident at Indianapolis Boulevard and Casino Center Drive in Hammond, IL. He will need an attorney. Speaking od that, if you reside in Chicago or nearby areas and need a superlative Chicago Personal Injury Attorney, why not give the Law Offices of John Budin a call? His firm has some of the top Chicago personal Injury Attorney that you will find anywhere. Now back to the article at hand.

Witnesses report that Stahl was driving wildly on Indianapolis Boulevard just east of the intersection when he ran a red light at Casino Center drive and hit a Ford Explorer that was trying to turn east onto Indianapolis Boulevard when the sad collision and personal injury occured.

The driver of the Explorer, Laura Glover, was 18 weeks pregnant at the time of her rather horrific personal injury. She apparently was found knocked out at the scene from the trauma and she even had to be cut from the wreckage with the jaws of life. She sadly suffered broken vertebrae in her neck and was hospitalized for some 4 days, according to the reports in question..
The defendent. also was charged with six misdemeanor drunken driving counts that each carry a maximum one-year sentence. I think it is fair to say that he will need an experienced attorney in this case.
